Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the public Sundayboard site, the authenticated Sundayboard application, support communications, and connected integrations made available through the service.
Data we collect
We may collect the following categories of data:
- Account data, such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, and account status.
- Workspace and content data, such as boards, tasks, comments, files, scheduling data, assignees, and related collaboration content submitted through the service.
- Authentication and session data, such as sign-in events, session identifiers, security state, and consent records.
- Technical and log data, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, error logs, and security event logs.
- Integration data, such as information necessary to connect Google, Microsoft, Jira, email delivery providers, storage providers, or other integrations you choose to use.
- Support and communications data, such as messages sent to support@sundayboard.com.
- Assistant and AI feature data, such as prompts, responses, and related workspace context when AI-assisted features are enabled and used.
- Pricing quote data, limited to your normalized email address, optional message, selected team size, billing cadence, first and most recent submission times, and submission count.
- Optional analytics data after you consent, limited to page paths, referrers without query strings, selected product stories, calls to action, pricing configuration ranges, plan interest, confirmed quote-request events, and ordinary browser or device metadata supplied by PostHog. Public-site event payloads do not include form values, session replay, or IP-address properties.
How we collect data
We collect data:
- Directly from you when you create an account, sign in, create content, connect an integration, or contact support.
- Directly from you when you request a personalized pricing quote.
- Automatically when you use authenticated parts of the service, including through essential cookies and session technologies.
- From third-party identity and integration providers when you choose to use those providers.
- From the public site and authenticated application through PostHog only after you explicitly accept optional analytics.
Why we use data
We use personal data to:
- Provide, operate, secure, and maintain Sundayboard.
- Authenticate users and manage sessions.
- Display, sync, and store workspace content.
- Respond to support requests and service communications.
- Prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and misuse.
- Diagnose bugs, monitor reliability, and improve product quality.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Use.
- Provide optional integrations and assistant features that you choose to use.
- Respond to the Pro access or Enterprise quote request you submitted.
- Understand aggregate journeys from public product information to authenticated use and improve the relevance and usability of those surfaces, when you consent to analytics.
Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, Sundayboard generally relies on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract, when processing is necessary to provide the service you requested.
- Legitimate interests, including service security, abuse prevention, reliability, debugging, and product improvement.
- Consent, when consent is required by law for a specific processing activity.
- Compliance with legal obligations.
Cookies and similar technologies
Sundayboard does not currently use marketing or advertising cookies for anonymous visitors on the public site.
For authenticated use, Sundayboard uses essential cookies and similar technologies required for sign-in, session continuity, security, and core application operation. To use authenticated features, you must accept the Terms of Use, which include consent to those essential cookies for signed-in use.
Optional PostHog analytics are disabled until you accept them. You may decline without losing functionality and may change your choice through Cookie settings in the public-site footer. Sundayboard does not use these analytics for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Sharing of data
Sundayboard may share data with service providers and subprocessors that help operate the service, including hosting, storage, email, authentication, analytics, AI, and integration providers, but only as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Sundayboard may also disclose data:
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or valid governmental request.
- To protect the rights, safety, security, or property of users, Sundayboard, or others.
- In connection with an organizational transfer of the service, if one ever occurs.
Sundayboard does not sell personal data and does not use the service for advertising profiling.
International transfers
Sundayboard operates from Israel and may use providers located in other jurisdictions. Your data may therefore be processed outside your country. Where legally required, Sundayboard will use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
Data retention
Sundayboard keeps personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including service delivery, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and enforcement.
In general:
- Account and workspace data are retained while the relevant account or workspace remains active, unless earlier deletion is requested and permitted.
- Security, audit, and operational logs may be retained for a limited period reasonably necessary for security and reliability.
- Backup copies may persist for a limited time before being overwritten or deleted in the normal backup cycle.
- Support communications may be retained as reasonably necessary to handle the request and maintain support history.
- Pricing quote records are retained as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain sales history, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis for processing.
You may make requests by emailing support@sundayboard.com.
You may request deletion of your pricing quote data at any time through the same address, subject to any limited retention required for security, suppression, or legal compliance.
Sundayboard usually responds within 1 day and in all cases aims not to exceed 30 days, subject to lawful extensions where permitted.
Security
Sundayboard uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data. No method of transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure, and Sundayboard cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Sundayboard is not intended for children under the age at which they may lawfully consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided personal data improperly, contact support@sundayboard.com.
Third-party services and integrations
When you enable an integration or third-party sign-in method, the third party’s own terms and privacy practices also apply to the data they process. Sundayboard is not responsible for third-party privacy notices or independent practices.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Sundayboard may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service when appropriate.
