These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Sundayboard.
By creating an account, signing in, or using authenticated Sundayboard features, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not sign in or use the authenticated service.
Operator
Sundayboard is operated by Sundayboard developer, an individual developer based in Israel.

Eligibility
You may use Sundayboard only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Your account
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Promptly notifying Sundayboard of unauthorized access or security issues.
Sundayboard may suspend or restrict access if account information is invalid, consent is missing, usage appears abusive, or security risks are detected.
Consent to essential cookies for signed-in use
Authenticated Sundayboard features require essential cookies and similar technologies for session management, authentication, security, and core product functionality.
By creating an account, signing in, or continuing to use authenticated Sundayboard features, you consent to the use of those essential cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy.
If you do not consent to essential cookies required for authenticated use, do not sign in and do not use authenticated features.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use Sundayboard for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Interfere with service integrity, availability, or security.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data at scale except where permitted by law and the service configuration.
- Use Sundayboard in a way that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Sundayboard, subject to the rights needed to operate the service.
You grant Sundayboard a limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display your content solely as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service, and to provide features you choose to use.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit that content.
Integrations and third-party services
Sundayboard may allow optional sign-in providers, storage services, analytics, AI features, email delivery, and product integrations such as Jira.
When you enable or use a third-party service, that provider’s own terms and policies also apply. Sundayboard is not responsible for third-party services, outages, changes, or independent acts.
Assistant and AI features
If Sundayboard provides assistant or AI-supported features, outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
You must not use AI features in violation of law, third-party rights, or these Terms.
Donations and pricing
Sundayboard does not currently charge subscription fees and does not currently offer paid plans.
If donations are enabled in the future, they will be voluntary unless clearly stated otherwise. Additional donation or payment terms may apply at that time.
Availability and changes
Sundayboard is provided on a best-effort basis. Features may change, be suspended, or be removed at any time. Sundayboard does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, browser, or accessibility need.
Termination
You may stop using Sundayboard at any time.
Sundayboard may suspend, limit, or terminate access immediately if:
- You violate these Terms.
- Your use creates legal, security, or operational risk.
- Continued service is no longer reasonably possible.
Upon termination, access to the service may stop immediately, and retained data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
Sundayboard is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sundayboard developer disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sundayboard developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising out of or related to Sundayboard.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Sundayboard developer for claims arising out of or relating to Sundayboard will not exceed the greater of:
- 0 USD.
- The amount you paid directly to Sundayboard for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Because Sundayboard does not currently charge subscription fees, this amount will usually be 0 USD.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sundayboard developer from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of Sundayboard, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Privacy
Your use of Sundayboard is also governed by the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and, where applicable, the Data Processing Addendum.
Changes to these Terms
Sundayboard may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of authenticated features after the effective date of the updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
