This page lists the third-party providers identifiable from the Sundayboard codebase and service configuration. Some providers are active only when the relevant feature is enabled or a user chooses to connect the relevant integration.

Always-on or infrastructure-related providers
- Cloudflare: may be used for object storage through Cloudflare R2, bot protection through Turnstile, and related network or delivery features where enabled.
Optional operational providers
- Resend: transactional email delivery for account and service emails, when configured.
- PostHog: product analytics and product diagnostics, when configured.
- OpenAI: assistant or AI feature processing when the related feature is enabled and used.
Optional identity providers
- Google: sign-in and identity provider processing when Google login is enabled and chosen by the user.
- Microsoft: sign-in and identity provider processing when Microsoft login is enabled and chosen by the user.
Optional integration providers
- Atlassian Jira: issue import, link, sync, and related integration processing when a user connects Jira.
Notes
- This list covers subprocessors identifiable from the codebase and environment configuration available as of the effective date.
- Some components used by Sundayboard may be self-hosted and therefore are not listed here as third-party subprocessors.
- If Sundayboard adds or materially changes subprocessors, this page may be updated with a revised effective date.
